The BVBIA Player Pathway is designed to meet players where they are and guide them forward with purpose:

Mini / Little BEEs (Ages 3–6) - Introduction to the game through movement, coordination, and fun. The focus is on building confidence and a love for soccer.

Black & Yellow Academy (Ages 6–10)- Foundation phase where players develop technical skills, game understanding, and habits that support long-term growth.

Select Teams (Ages 8–18) - Competitive environments where players are challenged with higher intensity, tactical awareness, and consistent performance expectations.

School of Excellence (SOE) - Identification and development of top players across the network, leading to regional, national, and international opportunities, including experiences in Germany.
