The School of Excellence (SOE) is the elite identification and development program within BVB International Academy North America, designed for the top-performing youth players who are ready to take the next step in their football journey. This is where the best rise to represent the badge on a global stage.

What is the School of Excellence?

The BVBIA School of Excellence is a year-long player pathway that identifies and develops top talent across North America through advanced training, mentorship, and international exposure. These events serve as a gateway to national selection, giving players the opportunity to compete alongside the top athletes in their age group from across the country.

Selected players also have the opportunity to represent BVBIA on a national and international stage at selected events. Also specific age groups each year will experience the event of a lifetime by traveling to Germany to train with BVB Academy, immersing themselves in the Borussia Dortmund methodology while experiencing the club's world-class training environment and football culture. It is a unique chance to develop as a player, represent BVB International Academy on the international stage, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
